The Rāshidah flagship initiative is made up of individuals who are able and willing to lead on our Interim renovation projects including repair and redesign of the Cartwright Business and Health Center, as well as upgrade of Felicity House, and the Hotel and Hostel at the Heaton Mount site, amongst other plans.
The Rāshidah individuals will spearhead a project in its entirety from start to end. This includes them taking responsibility for building a team, liaising with experts in their own circles, sourcing skills and procuring relevant funds.
